When booking with Willowood Camp please remember the following:

Deposits: $200 Cdn. or $150 US per week per cottage. Deposits for cottages must be received within 7 days of booking unless reserved from the previous year; then deposits are due February 1.

Cancellations: Deposits will be refunded within 6 weeks notice of cancellation less $30. Less than 6 weeks notice of cancellation, deposits will be refunded on our ability to rebook, less $50.

Payment: Certified cheques or money orders on deposits, all payable to Willowood Camp. Cash or approved card accepted on balance upon arrival. No adjustments will be made for late arrivals or early departure.

Check-In Time - 2 PM; Check-Out Time - 9 AM

Visitors: All visitors must register at the office on arrival. Daily visitors 9 AM to 9 PM $5 fee; nightly stays $15, plus $2 parking.

Boats & Motors: Must be booked with cottage. See Rates. No sharing of boats & motors between cottages. A damage deposit of $100 per cottage is required. (includes cottage, boat and motor.) No gas to be stored in or around premises.

Pets: One small pet per cottage permitted; must be tied up and cleaned up after.
$6 day/$35 week.

Willowood Camp is not responsible for theft or loss of articles. Insufficient funds cheques will be charged $25 extra.
