When booking with Willowood Camp please remember the following:

Deposits: (Certified cheque or money order.) A deposit of $75.00 for weekly bookings due within 7 days of booking. Seasonal sites require a deposit of $300.00 due March 1st with the balance due on opening. A fee for late payments will be charged.

Rate: Based on 1-family of up to 4 persons. Example parents and unmarried, dependent children under 18.

Anyone using your trailer in your absence will be charged daily or weekly camping fees.

Vehicles: Absolutely no vehicles in the campgrounds are allowed except owner of trailer. All visitors are to park in the designated area assigned in the office.

Visitors: Visitors are anyone other than trailer owners and their unmarried dependent children registered on booking forms. All visitors Must register at the office upon arrival and before entering camp area.

You are responsible for your visitors obeying the camp rules.

Garbage Disposal: We appreciate your efforts in keeping the grounds neat and wish your continued support. Cans and bottles are to be placed in recycle containers. Please read the information for what is burnable. Daily, weekly customers will put garbage in marked containers and for the seasonal customers garbage tags will be available in the office.

Quiet time is 11 pm to 8 am.

This is a quiet family park with many people in close proximity and keeping different schedules. We ask that everyone be considerate and observe the quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00am. Obnoxious behavior, any construction, loud machines, (unless okayed by owners) disruptive noise, loud music, profane language and unruly parties will not be tolerated. We all love fun and a good time as long as others are not disrupted. Any abusive behavior directed toward the owner(s) or other guests is grounds for expulsion

Seasonal Property Maintenance: Fire pits are to be cleaned up after use. Lawns and banks must be moved and trimmed. In your absence weekly arrangements must be made with other park tenants to have them moved. There will be a charge from Willowood Camp of $20.00 if not mowed weekly and we must do it.

Any material (ie, Junk) is not to be stored in the campground including outdated propane tanks.

Boats not in use must not be stored on the site unless the normal dock space is paid.

Alcohol Beverages: Must be confined to your campsite only.

Pets: Please call office. Absolutely no large dogs. Dogs must not be allowed to run loose and are to be picked up after. Absolutely no exceptions. No Visitor Pets.

Water: Please ensure water is turned off after use in shower house and park. Report leaky taps or other water problems to the office. Remind visitors to keep shower house doors closed. Remember that we all share one well of water.
